In 2018, Jordan Brand launched the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Rookie Of The Year” colorway to pay tribute to Michael Jordan’s winning of the “NBA Rookie of the Year” in 1985. Many years later, this colorway has officially returned and will be re-released as the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. In terms of design, it is consistent with the original “Rookie of the Year”, using creamy white and golden brown suede as the main body, while the laces, Swoosh Logo, tongue label, and outsole are black. This design concept originated from the colorway that Michael Jordan wore on the podium that year, which fits the name “Rookie of the Year”.
